our current fulfillment times are about 6-8 weeks after date of purchase for US customers. we try to speed that up, but all our items are lovingly made by hand in a terribly stuffy garage that brady essentially lives in.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

we do not have a way of charging for duties/import fees at this time. if you order from us, we will happily fulfill the order for you, but please be aware that there may be import fees that you have to pay upon delivery. we'll send every international order an email confirming this detail just in case. international shipping times are about 8-12 weeks after date of purchase.

REFUNDS + RETURNS

heatdeath operates on a pre-sale basis. when you order an item, it is then lovingly made by hand. because of this, all sales on heatdeath.co are final - we do not offer refunds on items after they are ordered & outside the 48hr cancellation window. however, there are always exceptions - if we screw up an item in your order, we will always offer the option of a refund or double store credit. that is our general catch-all policy: we understand that things happen, and never want our customers to be unhappy: if you have a problem, we will absolutely work with you on a fair solution. as far as returns go, we have a similar stance. since everything is made to order, exchanges/returns are a slippery slope. we will try to accommodate any request with the inventory we have, and are generally very chill: if your item doesn’t fit or you don’t like it for whatever reason, and we can’t give you a substitution, we typically allow you to keep it and issue a store credit. it’s the least we can do :) all inquiries can be directed to admin@heatdeath.co - by shopping on heatdeath.co, you understand and accept this policy & its conditions.
